On Homelessness and the Power-Law Rule

After reading this post by mik moore over at jspot I read a fanatastic Malcolm Gladwell article on homelessness in the New Yorker. I found it as interesting and insightful as I usually find his work.

I would generally give an excerpt but the style is such that a clip would be out of flow. I strongly suggest taking a few minutes and reading the whole thing or at least the first half.
