two heads of lettuce

ever wished you had a good stock of veggie recipes you could use in your home and for potlucks?
when i was in NYC last week and picnicing with some of the kol zimrah crowd i found out that they started a new group blog dedicated to scaleable potluck oriented recipes, called Two Heads of Lettuce. i think this will be a phenomenal resourece.
