Colbert Reports on the National Labor Relations Board

I didn't know this, but apparently labor law is a personal interest of Stephen Colbert. He says as much on a recent iteration of the word where he addresses a very troubling set of cases on which the National Labor Relations Board is set to rule. They might classify Registered Nurses as supervisors thus removing their right to join unions.
