First 100 Hours

For the first time since I have lived in DC, Dems are in charge of the House. Wow. What a difference a few years makes. We went from shutout to in a position of relative power with over 230 seats.
Pelosi has been talking about what she hopes to do in the first 100 hours. i just hope she is successful.

Not to mention that DC may very well soon get a representative vote within the House.

Now that the Democrats are in the majority, can DC get a vote in the House without the Utah compromise? I don't care whether Utah gets an extra seat in the House per se (since that would keep the partisan balance exactly as it is now), but the problem is that this would give Utah an extra presidential electoral vote in 2008 without DC getting any more (since DC already has 3 under the 23rd Amendment).
