Recall Rules

Does anyone know about how the CT rules work for recalling a senator? It just doesn't seem right for a guy actively and nastily campaigning for a Republican president and speaking at the RNC convention to be a committee chair in a Dem Senate. As long as he gives them a majority I suppose they have to put up with his crap, but if were to be recalled he'd surely be replaced with an actual democrat. I am feeling better about giving to the Lamont campaign all the time.
